Monaco, December 20 – It was a very intense weekend for all the people at Monaco Increase Management as our Indycar champion Alex Palou visited the offices at the Principality on his way back from the Daytona testing session and after amusing himself at an Autocross event. After a series of meeting, the MIM party traveled to Milan on Saturday, where Alex was expected to receive the prestigious “Casco d’Oro Iridato” at the magazine’s traditional gala awards.
The coveted prize has been awarded to all winners in the most relevant categories of motorsports since 1966. This year, the ceremony was held at the Automobile Club’s premises, with Ferrari and Stellantis Chairman John Elkann attending. Alex proudly showed his Casco Iridato and commented on his triumphant 2021 season: “There are so many people I wish to thank for thess results, from my family to the team and of course my management. Now I am totally focused on the 2022 season and my objective is to bring home a win at next year’s Indy 500!”.
“We are happy with all our drivers for their performance this year” said MIM founder and CEO Salvatore Gandolfo. “As for 2022, the target is to consolidate Alex results and to perform even better with Pascal Wehrlein in the Formula E series, while helping David Vidales with his breakthrough in the FIA F3 championship”.
