Monaco, May 30 – Right before starting his second ever Indianapolis 500, MIM driver Alex Palou felt sure that he and his #10 CGR car had winning potential. And that was clear to see in one of the most breathtaking editions of the legendary oval race. Palou battled to the end with Helio Castroneves and came in second after showing a super strong pace after the final round of pit-stops. He and Castroneves swapped positions many times and the two drivers were separated by less than half a second through the finish line. With this result, Palou takes the lead of the IndyCar point standings at 248 and now has a win and two podium finishes to his record in this season!
