MIM-contracted driver Pascal Wehrlein delivered a perfectly executed performance to secure victory in Round 04 of the Formula E World Championship in Jeddah — a special triumph in his 100th E-Prix start.
Starting from third on the grid, the Porsche Motorsport driver steadily worked his way into contention before strategically timing his PIT BOOST stop and delayed ATTACK MODE activation. The overlap of both energy phases proved decisive, allowing Wehrlein to build a significant gap in the closing stages.
Once in control, the German managed the pace and energy with precision to take the chequered flag, while also setting the fastest lap of the race.
The result moves Wehrlein to the top of the Drivers’ Championship standings, opening a 16-point advantage over Nick Cassidy. Porsche also strengthens its position in the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ classifications following a strong overall weekend.
Round 5 will once again take place under the lights in Jeddah as the championship momentum continues to build.
