Monaco Increase Management driver Alex Palou is back in action this weekend at the Barber Motorsport Park circuit in Alabama this weekend: the same track where he took his first Indycar victory last year on his way to becoming the series champion. On Saturday, things looked good for Palou also this year as he was able to bring his #10 CGR Honda powered Dallara car to third place on the starting grid, at the end of a very tense qualifying session.
“It was a busy session; it was really close”, said the 25-years old Spanish driver. “The car was really fast, and we were improving every session. I’m really happy with the No. 10 The American Legion Honda and the starting position for tomorrow. Same place we started in last year and we won it.”
