Monaco, March 19 – Monaco Increase Management is pleased to announce that former Formula One, Sportscar and GT driver Alex Caffi has taken on an advisory role with the Company.
A native of Rovato, near Brescia, 56-year-old Alex made his racing debut in Formula One in 1986. Despite often driving underpowered cars, he achieved several remarkable results in his career as a Grand Prix driver, like finishing 4th at Monaco 1989 and qualifying on second row for the Hungarian race in the same year.
After leaving F1 at the end of 1991, Caffi won the French GT series in 2002 and the Italian GT2 championship in 2006, his latest success being the victory at the 2016 Monaco Grand Prix Historique. His racing experience will be unvaluable for the growth of MIM.
