Monaco, January 28 – Monaco Increase Management mourns the sudden departure of Adrian Campos, aged 60, due to an aortic dissection early in the morning of Thursday. A native of Alzira, near Valencia, and a former F1 racing driver for Minardi and Spanish Touring Car champion, Adrian had been a true motor-racing enthusiast for all his life. He had been instrumental in starting the professional career of many Spanish Formula One drivers, including Fernando Alonso and Marc Gené. After founding his own team in 1998, Adrian had been active in many categories of motor racing, and participated in the developing of what eventually became the HRT Formula One Team. At Campos Racing, he had partnered MIM founder Salvatore Gandolfo in a number of projects. Salvatore himself, together with our drivers David Vidales, Alex Palou, Pascal Wehrlein and all the staff at Monaco Increase Management, send their condolences to Adrian’s family. His memory will forever be with us.
