Monaco, March 26th – The collective test session of the Formula Regional by Alpine did not go as smooth as MIM driver David Vidales had hoped. Nevertheless, David could take useful information from the 2-day running at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona. After a solid first day, his #12 Prema Powerteam car suffered a few technical issues in the second part of Day Two, thus preventing the team from fulfilling the scheduled runplan. “I could not end my long runs with the new tyres”, Vidales said “but the important thing is that we managed to test a few things. The car is good and there’s still a huge margin of improvement”. The next session is scheduled for March 30-31 at Paul Ricard, France.
