Monaco, October 3, 2021 – Less than one week after being crowned as the new Indycar series champion, Monaco Increase Management driver Alex Palou was honored together with his CGR team in a celebration that took place this weekend at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. The gala night came at the end of a long and intense week of media commitments, during which the new champ gave no less than 150 interviews to journalists all around the world.
Alex has come a long way from being a young Spaniard trying to succeed in motorsports. The contribution of Monaco Increase and its founder, Salvatore Gandolfo, has been fundamental in helping Alex re-direct his career from Europe to Japan and then supporting him through all the steps of his American adventure. This is why, when holding the Astor Cup at the end of the last round of the championship in Long Beach, Alex expressed his gratitude for his management team. And when Salvatore called him to say ‘Congrats, you’ve won the title’ the 24-years old from Catalunya replied ‘No, not me: we have won it together’
