Founded in 1990, Chip Ganassi Racing has become one of the most successful teams in the history of motorsports with more than 200 race victories across all categories. Its racing record comprises 13 Open Wheel titles and 5 Grand-Am Road Racing championships, as well as a number of wins in such prestigious events as the Indianapolis 500 (four times), Daytona 500, Brickyard 400, 24 Hours of Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring and 24 Hours of Le Mans (class).
